Des Moines Yoga Class

Classes will be 40 minutes long and open to all ages and ability levels. All classes will take place at our Kinetic Edge - Des Moines location (6000 Grand Ave, Suite K).
Registration fee for this 8 week class will be $93.

Dr. Abbey Woodbeck, PT, DPT will lead the class. Abbey is a licensed yoga instructor. She has been teaching for nine years and holds a YogaFit certification.
She also has a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University in Diet and Exercise and a Master of Science degree in Dietetics. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University.
